Deen AI Account Deletion

How to request deletion

1. Open the app and go to Settings > Support, then request account deletion.
2. You will receive a one-time code (OTP) by email to confirm deletion.
3. Or use the contact form on the website: deenai.app/contact
4. Include the email address linked to your Deen AI account and the request: "Delete my account and data."

Data we delete

• Account profile data (name, email, profile image).
• Saved preferences and in-app settings.
• User-generated content stored in Deen AI.

Data we may retain

• Transaction records required for legal, accounting, or app store compliance.
• Security or fraud-prevention records, where required by law.

Retention period

We delete your account data after a valid deletion request is confirmed. Any data that must be retained for legal or compliance reasons will be kept only for the required period.
